This sculptural floral fascinator is a handcrafted collaboration between DecoFlowers and milliner Jozavi — a refined statement piece designed for modern weddings, race days, and elegant formal occasions.
Meticulously handmade in the UK, the sinamay fascinator base has been shaped, lined, and draped entirely by hand by Jozavi. Every curve is carefully structured to create a contemporary silhouette with movement and balance.
The floral elements have been individually handcrafted by DecoFlowers. Each hydrangea is hand-shaped and hand-embellished, with delicate rhinestones placed at the centre of every bloom. The fine veil is also detailed with subtle rhinestone accents, catching the light beautifully while maintaining softness and elegance.
Together, we curated the final floral arrangement and veil placement to ensure harmony between sculptural millinery and romantic florals.
This is a couture-level headpiece created through true artisan collaboration.
For wedding guests and race day styling, pairing pleated fabrics with a hand-pleated fascinator enhances movement and texture while maintaining elegance.

In addition, we supplement our items with organza, natural silk, Japanese beads, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, non-tarnish jewellery wire and many other high-quality materials. The time it takes to prepare an order for dispatch varies. It usually takes 2-3 days.
