Each of our bridal hair accessories is handmade to order in our London studio.

Most items are crafted and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

• UK orders under £100 – Standard shipping £5
• Express UK delivery (Next day delivery) – £9,5

All UK orders include a Royal Mail tracking number.

US

Shipping Update for US Orders 

Due to recent changes in international shipping regulations, standard postal services: Royal Mail/Evri are temporarily suspended for US-bound packages.

For now, deliveries to the United States will only be available via express shipping (£27). 

We’ll update you as soon as standard options return.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and the protective packaging is intact.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by us.

If your item arrives damaged, we will happily offer a replacement — just send us a photo and return the broken piece.

Please note: We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items outside our standard collection.
