Delivery

Each of our bridal hair accessories is handmade to order from our Studio in London.

The current production time for most items is 3-5 business days.

For domestic orders up to £100, shipping is £5.
Free worldwide shipping on all orders above £100.
Express delivery within 1-2 business days is available for £7.

For all orders provides a reference tracking number via Royal Mail/DPD/FedEx services.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks (this may be a little longer for international orders) and a maximum of 1 week in Mainland UK.



Returns

We can accept returns from you within 14 days after purchase if the product's protective label and packaging have been preserved. Shipping costs are not included in our services.
If the product was damaged during the shipment, we could send you another if you send us the broken product.

We do not accept returns for made-to-order items (not from the catalogue in the store).
