Choose your finish

One ear carries the blossom. The other carries its echo — smaller, quieter, catching the light when you turn your head. Asymmetry is the whole point: it looks considered rather than coordinated.

The statement side is a sakura blossom sculpted by hand from polymer clay, petal by petal, with a crystal cluster at its heart, bugle-bead leaf sprigs and a fall of diamante chain. Its partner is a miniature blossom built from glass beads, matched in tone and finished with the same crystal centre. Two separate pieces, made as a pair but never identical.

Every set is made to order in your chosen finish. Choose silver or rose gold, and the bezels and chain are built to match — so the earrings sit with the rest of your jewellery instead of competing with it. Two finishes rather than a long list, because these are the two that suit the work: anything heavier would overwhelm petals this fine. Nothing is pulled off a shelf; the pair is assembled after you order.

The details

  • Asymmetric set of two earrings (one statement, one miniature)
  • Statement earring: 120 mm long, blossom 35 mm wide
  • Miniature earring: 1.5 sm
  • Choice of finish: silver or rose gold (bezels and chain matched)
  • Statement blossom hand-sculpted from polymer clay
  • Miniature blossom built from glass beads
  • Crystal cluster centres, bugle-bead detailing, diamante crystal chain
  • Shimmer powder finish, coated steel wire
  • Fittings: push-back posts / hooks — confirm per finish
  • Lightweight to wear
  • Handmade in the UK, made to order in 3 working days

A pair you'll reach for long after the day itself — the sort of thing that ends up in the keepsake box rather than the back of a drawer.

Key Features
  • Two pieces, made as one idea — not a single earring, and not a matching pair: a composed asymmetric set, assembled to work together on your face.
  • Yours, down to the metal — choose silver or rose gold so the set sits with your rings, your chain and your dress, not against them.
  • Made after you order — nothing is pre-boxed; your chosen finish is built when the order comes in.
  • Sculpted by hand, petal by petal — the blossom is shaped individually, so no two sets are ever quite the same.
  • Designed to read from a distance and up close — a clear silhouette in photographs, real detail in the hand.
  • Asymmetry that looks intentional — the smaller blossom balances the statement side rather than disappearing next to it.
  • Works beyond the wedding — editorial shoots, occasionwear, a quiet Tuesday with a white shirt.
  • Won't wilt — the blossom looks the same in year five as it does on the morning it arrives.
  • Handmade in the UK — made in a studio, not a factory line.
Styling Suggestions

With hair up
A low chignon or sleek bun gives the statement side room to fall and keeps both earrings fully visible. This is where the asymmetry reads strongest.

With a half-up style
Sweep the hair back behind the statement ear and let it fall loose on the miniature side. The imbalance in the hair mirrors the imbalance in the earrings.

With a veil
Wear the statement earring on the side you'll be photographed from most, and let the veil sit behind rather than over it. Fine, soft tulle works best — a heavier edge will catch the chain.

With the rest of your jewellery
Let the set be the only piece above the neckline. If you're wearing a necklace, keep it simple and in the same finish you choose here.

Beyond the wedding
With hair tucked behind one ear and an open-neck shirt or a plain slip dress, the set carries an ordinary outfit on its own.

For your bridal party: connected, not matched
Choose the statement set for yourself and the same finish for your bridesmaids in a smaller piece, so the palette carries through the photographs without anyone looking uniformed. Message us before ordering and we'll work out the combination together.

Doing a hair trial? Send us a photo and we'll tell you which side the statement blossom should sit on.

Care instructions

These blossoms won't wilt, and a little care keeps the finish as it arrived.

  • Put the earrings in last, after hair and make-up are done — hairspray and perfume before, never after.
  • Hold the earring by its fitting rather than by the blossom or the chain when putting it on.
  • Keep them away from heat, flames and hot styling tools.
  • Keep them dry: take them off before swimming, and shelter them from heavy rain.
  • At the end of the day, unhook gently and check the chain hasn't caught in your hair.
  • Store the two earrings flat in their own box, away from heavier jewellery that could press on the petals.
